With the triumph of the girls from RK "Trebjesa" from Nikšić and the boys from RK "Metković" from the city of the same name in Croatia, the international handball tournament in Žabljak, organized by the Municipality of Žabljak and RK "Trebjesa" from Nikšić, for the ages of 15 and younger, from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, ended last weekend.
Behind the girls from Nikšić were ŽRK "Berane" and ŽRK "Neretva" from Jablanica. For boys, RK "Trebjesa" took second place and HRK "Široki" from Široki brijeg came third.
Kristina Peković and Momir Ćalasan from RK "Trebjesa" were declared the best individuals.
The awards for the best scorers went to Hristina Stojanović from ŽRK "Berana" and Dominik Hrkač from HRK "Široki".
The goalkeepers are Nina Ajanović from RK "Trebjesa" and Nikola Brečić from SR "Metković".
The organizers made an effort to announce the best in each position in the team.
The representative of the co-organizer, RK "Trebjesa" Miloš Perović, says that it is a very well organized event that gathered around 200 participants.
He expressed his gratitude to numerous donors and sponsors who contributed to the success of the "Durmitor 2015" tournament until the last segment and the demonstrated quality of handball skills at an enviable level.
