After two convincing defeats, against France and Denmark, the Montenegrin women's handball team also lost against Norway, but with a convincing best edition at the Golden League tournament - it was 34:28 for the Norwegian women.
Unlike the first two matches, the "lionesses" were in the game until the end, but it was the greater rotation and the quality of the opponents who played in the best lineup that decided.
Itana Grbić and Đurđina Jauković were the most effective with seven goals each.
Heni Rajstad, Amanda Kurtović and Sana Solberg-Isaksen scored six goals each in the winning team.
Norway won the tournament with maximum performance.
