The women's handball team of Montenegro was better than Slovenia for the second time in four days.
Now in Podgorica, in the last match of the EHF Euro Cup, the "lionesses" won against Dragan Adžić's team in the "Bemax Arena" with a score of 34:30.
Bojana Popović's team had a bad start to the match, the Slovenians knew how to take advantage of that, and had a five-goal advantage in the first half.
They went to the break with plus three (18:15), and then everything changed - Montenegro scored seven goals in a row, leading 27:22, ten minutes before the end it was 30:23...
Jovanka Radičević scored 11 goals, Itana Grbić six, and Ivona Pavićević four..., while Marta Batinović stood out among the posts with 11 saves.
