Member of the New Serbian Democracy (NSD), Mitar Šušić, not only did not vote to save the most trophy-winning sports team in Montenegro, but tried to convince his colleagues and citizens why, according to him, one of the symbols of Podgorica - ŽRK Budućnost - should be extinguished.
This was said by Miloš Đuričković, the international secretary of the Social Democrats (SD) of Montenegro.
He reacted to Šušić's presentation during the discussion in the Assembly, where it was decided that the Capital City would take over the founding rights of the Women's Handball Club Budućnost.
Among other things, Šušić said that Budućnost is a failed professional club and that someone who follows and idolizes professional athletes will certainly not grow into a healthy person.
"We have been pointing out for years that the only goal of these people is the destruction of everything good in Montenegro. It often sounds like an overly harsh statement, but Šušić and others confirm our views," Đuričković added.
He emphasizes that Šušić's views are not a surprise to them.
"They are not a surprise even for the vast majority of citizens. However, all citizens should ask themselves how someone with such bizarre thinking and attitudes got the opportunity to be in power in Podgorica," says Đuričković.
First of all, because it is not an isolated case, adds Đuričković.
"Society is made up of the same personality profiles, such as Vladislav Dajković, Slavica Ilinčić, library director Radosav Ljumović, Marko Čađenović, JU Kakaricka Gora, Dragan Koprivica, Parking service and numerous other examples," said Đuričković.
This kind of staff, as he said, came with the opportunity to make decisions on behalf of all citizens.
"But, not because of the trust they received from the citizens, but because of the trust the citizens gave to those political subjects who, for the sake of their personal seats, without a twinge of conscience, left almost all key positions in the capital to them," Đuričković concluded.
