Buducnost beat the Norwegian Vipers 28:27 in the final match tonight, after a better performance by the sevens team.
In the last seconds, Vipers avoided defeat in the regular course of the match, and the Podgorica handball players were great in the penalty shootout.
Goalkeeper Sakura Hauge saved two 7-pointers, all the girls were accurate, so Ivona Pavićević and her teammates are looking forward to the start of the Champions League with a won trophy and with a lot of optimism.
In the regular part of the match, Jelena Vukčević was the most effective with five goals, while Tanja Ivanović and Jelena Radivojević scored four each.
