The women's handball national team will gather tomorrow and continue training for the European Championship, which will be held from November 28 to December 15 in Austria, Hungary and Switzerland.
It will be the second gathering under the leadership of new coach Suzana Lazović, after the one at the end of September.
Montenegrin handball players will have an excellent test against Croatia this time as part of the EHF week, with whom they will have a joint training and match in Prelog, which will be closed to the public.
There are 19 players on the Lazović roster for the EHF week, among which there are no debutants.
The list also included goalkeeper Marta Batinović, and defenders Đurđina Malović and Ilda Kepić, who, however, will miss this action, but are competing for a place in the team for the upcoming EHF Euro 2024.
The national team will have its first training session within the EHF week tomorrow at 17 pm in the hall of the Sports and Cultural Center of the University of Montenegro.
The trip to Croatia is planned for Thursday, and on Friday and Saturday, a friendly match and joint training against the national team, which is also preparing to participate in the review of the best selections in Europe, are scheduled.
At the EHF Euro 2024, Montenegro will play in a group in Debrecen, and the rivals will be Serbia, Romania and the Czech Republic.
The two first-placed selections will qualify for the main round.
