Budućnosti handball players will play their last match of the year on Sunday.
The women from Podgorica visit Esbjerg (14 p.m.) in the eighth round of the EHF Champions League, the team that defeated them last weekend in "Morača" 27:23.
It is clear that the Danes are the favorites, and Budućnost wants to match and at least make a good impression.
"Unlike the first match, now we have to start right from the start. We must not allow them to make a difference to us. These games mean a lot to us younger players, because we only improve in them. We also have a lot of support from more experienced teammates," said the pivot. Anđela Guberinić.
And right back Dunja Radević mentions the quality of the rivals.
"We saw last weekend that Esbjerg plays like all the Scandinavian teams. We have to stop that first wave of their counterattacks. We are a young team, we are improving day by day, I think we have a successful year ahead of us. We learn from every match, I believe that everything will come into your own," said Radević.
Futura has a point after seven rounds (at home against Đer), while Esbjerg registered five triumphs, with two defeats.
