The women's handball club Budućnost and Mayor Saša Mujović have discussed the club's business and development models during numerous meetings in order to return to its old glory.
"The commitment of the leadership of the Capital City and Mayor Saša Mujović to do everything possible, through personnel and financial measures, to ensure that the two-time European champion regains its rightful place on the European handball map is encouraging," the Women's Handball Club Budućnost announced.
It is stated that they are particularly pleased that the common goal of the players, coaching staff, club representatives and the Capital City is to build the future of Buducnost together!
It was announced that attention will also be paid to finding the most adequate personnel solutions for the most responsible positions in the club, after which, based on the foundations laid by the Capital, a development strategy for the next four-year period will be defined.
"All these activities aim to make Buducnost competitive on the European stage again and, with the support of loyal fans, return to the paths of glory. The women's handball club Buducnost, as the biggest sports brand in our country, with 76 years of tradition and 77 trophies won, deserves to be recognized again as one of the leading handball teams in Europe," reads a statement from the ŽRK Buducnost.
It is stated that the trophy club will continue, with the support of the Capital City and all friends, to work dedicatedly to achieve its sporting goals and, through responsible management, to provide the best conditions for its players and coaching staff.
