The Montenegrin national handball team played to a draw with Bosnia and Herzegovina (37:37) in the second control match tonight.
In a duel that was closed to the public, coach Didier Dinar's team preserved a draw, as the guests had 15 seconds for the last attack, but they did not use it.
In the first head-to-head match on Friday, the score was 36:25 for our national team.
In the second match, Dinar spared Vuk Borozan and Radojica Čepić and tried out numerous tactical ideas, while Bosnia and Herzegovina played much better than on Friday and deservedly came away with a draw.
At halftime it was 18:18, although our team mostly had the advantage.
The visiting team continued to perform better, having a two-goal lead and then missing a chance to win in the final attack.
Miloš Vujović was the most efficient with seven goals, while Miloš Božović scored six.
The national team will train in Podgorica for two more days, and on Wednesday it will travel to Oslo, where it will play in the group stage of the European Championship.
Montenegro will play against Slovenia in the opening match on Friday (18), and their rivals in the fight for a place in the main round are the Faroe Islands and Switzerland.
