The women's handball club OTP Group Budućnost has extended the contract with goalkeeper Marija Marsenić.
Marsenić is 21 years old, and she was part of the "Lionesses" at the World Championship held in Germany and the Netherlands in November and December last year.
"Although she is only 21 years old, Marsenić has been playing in the EHF Champions League for four seasons, during which she has taken advantage of every opportunity and confirmed that she represents significant potential for the future of the club and Montenegrin handball," says Budućnost.
Adding:
"The extension of cooperation with Marsenić is another confirmation of the clear commitment of ŽRK OTP Group Buducnost to maintain its focus on young players, who represent the foundation for further development and continuity on the domestic and European scene."
