Buducnost won the trophy with a victory against Buducnost

The OTP Group Buducnost handball team is the winner of the Montenegrin Cup.

Zoran Abramović's team is in the final at the "Bemaks Arena", in the final match against OTP Group Budućnost I 37:20.

This is the Podgorica team's 20th Cup winner's trophy, and when you count the trophies won during the period of the existence of the SFRY, Yugoslavia and the state union of Serbia and Montenegro, it is the best Montenegrin club's 31st trophy in this competition.

The "blue" captain's trophy was presented to Itana Grbić by the President of the Handball Federation of Montenegro, Petar Kapisoda.

Buducnost led 5:0, and Nina Ramusović scored the first goal for the opposing team after seven and a half minutes.

At halftime it was 20:11, and the lead was in double digits for the first time at the start of the second half - 21:11.

Tanja Ivanovic was the most efficient with 11 goals, while Marija Marsenic had 10 saves.

Martina Knežević stood out in the ranks of Budućnost I with seven goals.

At halftime, the Nikšić team was presented with the Second League winner's trophy.

Also, the award went to Maja Ceklić, who was the top scorer in the SBBet First Women's League with 229 goals.
