Dragiša Koracevic new coach of the Buducnost development team

They brought in a new coach from the Women's Handball Club Budućnost who will be in charge of working in the "blue and white" development team.

This is Dragiša Koraćević, who will work with the generation of players born in 2009, 2010 and 2011. He will also play a significant role in improving professional and organizational processes through the implementation of the XPS Network system, one of the leading digital tools for planning, monitoring and analyzing the training process in modern sports.

"We are pleased to announce that Dragiša Koraćević, a coach with the highest international professional title - EHF Master Coach, has become part of the blue-white family and a new member of our club's coaching staff. In the coming period, Koraćević will be in charge of the work and development of the development team, consisting of players born in 2009, 2010 and 2011, who will compete in the First League of Montenegro during the upcoming season. His engagement represents an important step in creating an even better system for the development of young players and their preparation for the challenges of senior handball. In addition to working with talented players, Koraćević will play a significant role in improving professional and organizational processes through the implementation of the XPS Network system, one of the leading digital tools for planning, monitoring and analyzing the training process in modern sports. In this way, the club continues to follow modern trends and further improves the work methodology in all segments.
