Buducnost sends another young player on loan

Women's handball club OTP Group Budućnost continues to send its young hopes out on loan.

Today it was officially announced that the captain of the junior national team, Anđela Guberinić, will spend the next season at the Macedonian club Đorče Petrov.

After a good performance at the European Junior Championships last year in Podgorica, Guberinić moved from the development team to the first team. However, she failed to win a bigger chance, so a loan was inevitable.

"Leaving Đorče Petrov represents an important step in the development of a talented player, with the aim of gaining more minutes, additional experience at the senior level and continuing to progress in a quality competitive environment. During her development so far, she has stood out with her fighting spirit, great energy and an approach that is an example of a professional attitude towards training and matches. At our club, we believe that her stay in Macedonia will be significant for Anđela's further development and that the experience gained through senior appearances will contribute to her progress and future challenges in the blue jersey. We wish Anđela a lot of success, health and good games in the Đorče Petrov jersey," reads the statement from Budućnost.

The young pivot is the seventh player the "blue and white" have sent out on loan in the last two months.
