"Blue-white" reinforcements clear: "A privilege to play for Buducnost, we can achieve great results"

Three days ago, Buducnost's handball team began preparations for the new season. A season in which everyone expects that the "blue and white" will not just be mere participants in the Champions League.

For the 31st time in its history, the Podgorica giant will compete in the elite competition of which it has been champion twice.

Coach Zoran Abramović will have a stronger team in the upcoming season compared to last year. The ranks of Buducnost have been strengthened by Đurđina Jauković, Ivona Pavicevic, Hana Vuljak, Jovana Skrobić, Suna Hansen, Žana Bulatović and Andrijana Popović

Vuljak, who plays as a right back, stated in a statement to the club's website that she is honored to be a member of one of the biggest clubs on the Old Continent.

"First of all, I can say that I am happy and grateful that I got the opportunity to play in such a big club as Budućnost. I absolutely believe in this team and that we can achieve great results this season," said the Croatian handball player.

On the other hand, after a whole decade, Jovana Skrobić is returning to Podgorica.

"I am looking forward to being a member of Buducnost again after ten years. I am happy and privileged to have been given the chance to be part of a great story again. I believe that we will build beautiful things together. I know a lot of the girls from before, which will certainly make it easier for me to fit in, and I can't wait for all the challenges that await us," said Skrobić.

After a long time, Žana Bulatović will also play in Montenegro.

"I am very happy and proud to be part of this team and to be playing for a club in my country again after a few years, for our most trophy-winning club. We have all come together with the same goal, we are slowly getting to know each other and I believe this will be a beautiful season. We have high expectations and I am convinced that by working together we will succeed in achieving them," said Bulatović.
