Pacquiao defended his title, wants a rematch against Mayweather

Manny Pacquiao defended his WBA title in a fight against American Adrian Broner in Las Vegas.

The Filipino was declared the winner against an opponent 11 years younger by unanimous decision of the judges (117:111, 116:112, 116:112).

Pacquiao thus registered his 61st victory in 70 matches, and he also has seven defeats.

The match in Nevada was also watched by Floyd Mayweather, who defeated the Filipino in 2015. Precisely because of this, Pacquiao announced the possibility of a new fight.

"Tell him to get back in the ring and we'll fight. I want to box Floyd, if he wants to come back to boxing," Pacquiao said.

So far, there is no response from Mayweather, who recently defeated Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa in an exhibition.
