Bečanović: The decision on erasure is not final

The Judo Federation, headed by Dragomir Bečanović, accused the Ministry of Sports and Youth of demanding from the World Judo Federation to recognize the Judo Federation of Montenegro.

He reminded that the decision to delete the alliance headed by him is not yet legally binding, that is, that the proceedings at the Administrative Court of Montenegro are still ongoing.

"That this organization is registered contrary to all the laws and rules of the state of Montenegro, is also shown by the fact that the composition consists of disciplinary suspended and convicted persons, close to criminal clans, sports clubs that are engaged in a completely different type of sport and the like," the statement of the Judo Association says. .

It is stated that the DŽSCG won all lawsuits before the Administrative Court against the Ministry of Sports and Youth.

"The Ministry ignored everyone and continued with brutal violence against the only legitimate Judo Association of Montenegro. We believe that independent and independent state bodies that protect freedoms and rights will legally, objectively and as soon as possible decide on this situation and thus stop the further collapse of the reputation of the Judo Association of Montenegro, its athletes and sports workers," the announcement reads.
