The Derby, the 199th in a row, between the oldest rivals in American football, was decided by Jimmy Graham's only touchdown on a pass from Aaron Rodgers, scored in the second quarter for a 7:3 lead for the visitors.
Packers kicker Mason Crosby made the final score with a field goal in the third quarter.
Visiting quarterback Rogers had 18 completions out of 30 attempts for 203 yards and one touchdown pass. On the other side, Mitch Trubinski recorded 26 completed passes for 228 yards.
The title of the NFL champion is defended by the New England team, which will open the season on Sunday night against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
