Montenegrin table tennis player Filip Radović won a silver medal at the European Championship for people with disabilities in Helsingborg.
In the fight for gold, Radović lost to the Polish Patrik Čojnovski - 3:1 (11:3, 13:15, 11:6, 11:4).
Čojnovski is the current European and world champion.
Second place in Europe is Radović's greatest success - he won bronze medals at the previous two championships, in Vail in 2015 and in Laško two years later.
He reached the final by defeating Spaniard Ander Cepas 3:0 (12:10, 11:8 and 11:5), Frenchman Matteo Bohas 3:1 (13:11, 11:7, 10:12 and 15:13) and Italian Lorenzo Cordua 3:0 (11:6, 11:6 and 11:5), in the group stage, Dutchman Basa Hergelink 3:2 (12:10, 11:4, 9:11, 13:15 and 11:5) in the quarterfinals, and Poland's Igor Mištal 3:1 (11:7, 11:5, 6:11 and 12:10) in the semifinals.
