A record 20 teams applied to participate in the Montenegrin Volleyball Cup, while only five clubs will participate in the men's competition, as many as were registered in the senior competition.
Due to the number of participants, last year's semi-finalists, Galeb, Luka Bar, Morača, Rudar, the competition will start from the quarter-finals.
In the men's competition, Budva, Jedinstvo Franca and Budućnost volley Bemax go directly to the semi-finals, while Mornar will meet Sutjeska in the only match of the quarter-finals.
The round of 6 matches of the Women's Cup will be played between December 8 and XNUMX, when the men's quarter-final match will also be played.
Trophies are held by Budva in the men's competition, and Galeb in the women's competition.
