The Judo Federation of Montenegro, which the Ministry of Sports deleted from the register of sports organizations, informed the public that "the Administrative Court annulled another decision of the Ministry of Sports and Youth".
"With the most recent decision of December 24, 2019, the court annulled the decision of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, which, through the Directorate for Inspection Affairs, temporarily prohibited the Judo Association of Montenegro from performing sports activities and activities," according to the announcement of the DŽSCG.
The announcement states that the conclusion is that "Minister (Nikola) Janović understands power as absolute power and the right to manage other people's sports careers, destinies and lives.
"To achieve his goals, Minister Janović uses anything and everything, starting from untruths to ignoring court rulings, i.e. classic legal violence that can be interpreted as revenge, hypocrisy and shame.

"By not doing anything and dragging the truth and binding judgments under the carpet, he is only fueling the conflicts with the Judo Federation of Montenegro, and he is succeeding in that and he is still surviving on it.
"The court has once again confirmed the illegal activities of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the correctness of our positions, but despite this, the guild is still paid by the athletes," the statement reads, among other things.
