The Cycling Federation of Montenegro was accepted today as a full member of the World Cycling Union - UCI and the European Cycling Union - UEC. At the 189th Congress of the UCI, the BSCG, founded on April 8, 2019, was admitted to full membership of the umbrella organization for cycling.
The UCI Congress was organized virtually with delegates from 196 countries from all continents. By being accepted into the UCI, BSCG was automatically accepted into the UEC, while at the beginning of this year, he was also accepted into the Balkan Cycling Union.

By becoming a member of the UCI, Montenegrin cyclists can compete for participation in the Olympic Games and the World Championship, which will be an incentive for the development, progress and popularization of this sport," said the announcement of Siniša Milidrag, a member of the BSCG Board of Directors.
