Since arriving in Greece, a little less than two years ago, Marija Vuković has progressed to Olympic heights.
The crown of her progress is reaching the finals of the Games in Tokyo, and the woman who is responsible for her rise is Joana Siomu.
"Maria is, first of all, a good girl, who fit in perfectly with our group," Siomu told RTCG.
They showed what kind of relationship they have in the qualifiers, when Siomu cheered and advised Maria from the stands, wearing a T-shirt with the words Montenegro on it.

"Expectations with her are always the highest, so why not - a medal too," said the Greek woman.
"My advice to her will be to feel the Olympic energy, aware that she has achieved the goal for which she came here. She fulfilled her dreams and let her indulge in her dreams in the final as well".
And tomorrow the two of them will be together.
"Thank you to the Montenegrin Olympic Committee for allowing my coach to stay longer in Tokyo. She was with the Greek team at the Games, she should have left earlier, but COK managed to change the plan of leaving the village and her flights, so that she could be with me in the finals as well," said Marija.
