The selector of the men's cadet volleyball team of Montenegro Darko Prebiračević announced the list of volleyball players for the preparations for the 1st round (Zonal) qualifications for the U18 European Championship 2022 (volleyball players born in 2005 and younger), which will be held from January 12 to 16 in to Sofia.
Prebiračević will be assisted by coaches Miljan Bošković and Dragan Mašković.
The gathering of cadets is scheduled for January 3 at the "Voco" hotel, and preparations will be made at the "Verde Complex" in Podgorica.
In addition to Montenegro, the national teams of Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece, Romania and Turkey will participate in the tournament, and only the winner will directly advance to the European Championship.
Five winners of the tournament, which will take place no later than January 1, 31, will qualify for the EP from Zonska, the 2022st round of qualifications.
The 2022 European Cadet Championship will be held in Tbilisi, Georgia, from July 9 to 17.
Volleyball players born in 2005 and younger are eligible to participate.
