Žarko Raković received a new mandate, while Almir Cecunjanin, Milena Milačić and Tijana Popović were appointed as the new selectors of the senior karate team of Montenegro, the Karate Association announced.
It is stated that the decision was made by the Management Board at an electronic session, on the proposal of the Technical Committee.
Raković, as before, will lead the senior and younger senior women in the fights.
Cecunjanin will be in charge of seniors and younger seniors in the fights, while Milena Milačić and Tijana Popović will take care of the katas.
Milačić will be in charge of seniors, and Popović will be in charge of senior women in the floors.
Popović and Milačić are members of the women's kata team that won the bronze medal at the European Championship in Bratislava in 2007.
The man from Cecun succeeded Slobodan Vlahović at the helm of the men's team in the fights, while Jugolsav Bukičić performed the function of selector for senior men and women in the katas.
