Budućnosti karate players won 13 medals in Banja Luka

Budućnost karate players finished their performance at the international tournament "Banjaluka Open" with 13 medals - six gold, two silver and five bronze, the Podgorica club announced.

Gold medals were won by the men's and women's senior kata teams, Mia Ramović, Mila Mraković and Filip Bakić in kata, and Đurđa Todorović in wrestling, in the category up to 44 kilograms.

The men's team consisted of Filip Bakić, Rijad Mandić and Miloš Gorović, and the women's team consisted of Maša Đukanović, Džena Canović and Mila Mraković.

Masa Đukanović in kata and Tijana Vujisic in wrestling, up to 45 kilograms, won silver.

Bronzes were won by Rijad Mandić, Džena Canović, Sofija Popović and Nina Krulj, and Vukota Marsenić won bronze in the category up to 53 kilograms.

The tournament in Banja Luka gathered 800 competitors from 37 six countries.

Podgorica karate players are expected to perform at the tournament in Ulcinj tomorrow.
