Montenegrin handball player Jovanka Radičević earned the right to a lifetime monthly allowance based on the status of an athlete with a top representative result, the Ministry of Sports and Youth announced.
Minister Lalošević, who hosted a reception for Radičević, said that through this form of compensation, the state shows its gratitude to the best Montenegrin athletes for the results achieved at the most important international competitions.
"Through a rich playing career, crowned with Olympic silver in London, Radičević was an important representative of Montenegro and deserved the responsible attitude of the state towards her," said Lalošević.
