Vuković jumped 180, 184 and 187 on her first attempt, and then broke the ranking three times to 190.
She jumped that height in Cottbus and it is her best result this season.
The Montenegrin record holder shared the second position with the Ukrainian Julia Chumachenko.
Her compatriot Irina Herashchenko won with a jump of 190 centimeters.
The European vice-champion's performance in Trinec was her fourth this season.
In Luxembourg, at the opening of the season, she jumped a modest 184 for her, while in Cottbus she had a better result by six centimeters.
In Hustopeče, Czech Republic, she finished her performance with a jump of 180 centimeters.
Last year, Vuković won a silver medal at the European Championships in Munich, while she finished in fourth place at the World Indoor Championships in Belgrade.
