Furtula and Đurović during preparations in Medulin

Montenegrin throwers Danijela Furtula and Tomaš Đurović will have the first test of their training in Bar and Medulin at the Winter Throwers' Cup on March 5 in Bar and seven days later at the European Cup in Portugal, the Athletics Association announced.

The Montenegrin record holders, Danijel Furtula in the discus throw and Tomaš Đurović in the shot put, after a month's preparation in Bar, have been preparing for ten days in the Olympic Croatian camp for the preparation of athletes in Medulin.

Furtula and Đurović, who are preparing in the organization of the Athletic Association, will stay in Medulin for 21 days.

"We are preparing for numerous competitions that await us this year on the international scene, the most important of which is the World Championship in Budapest. Together with my colleague Tomaš Đurović, we are preparing as much as possible and we are satisfied with the progress of the preparations so far. We have ideal conditions for work," said Furtula.
