Budva is the city of boxing, the biggest competitions in the world (IBA) and the European federation (EUBC) have been organized in our coastal center for years.
In it, more precisely, in the Mediterranean Sports Center today from 13,30:1 p.m., the senior XNUMXst Euro Cup will be officially opened. The organizers announce the biggest martial arts spectacle that Montenegro has had so far.
Boxers from 30 countries are participating, elimination fights are daily until October 13, and the final - gold fights will be on October 14 at the square in front of the Old Town starting at 17 p.m.
Yesterday, the draw and technical meeting were held, and the participants were greeted by Dr. Joanos Filipatos, president of the EUBC, supervisor Franko Falcineli, and the president of the Boxing Association of Montenegro, Aleksandar Klemenko.
In preparation for the big competition, there was also a boxing camp in Budva with participants from 20 countries.
The organizers announced a concert and fireworks after the final fights.
