Željko Banićević will be the head of the Auto and Karting Association of Montenegro (AKSCG) for the next four years, it was decided today at the association's election assembly in Kotor.
The Assembly in Kotor extended the mandates of the current director of the Association, Vasilij Mašanović, and the secretary, Marija Stojković.
In the first mandate of the most decorated Montenegrin sports driver, a historic result was achieved - the triumph of Vasilija Jakšić in the general standings at the European Championship on mountain trails in 2022.
In the new AKSCG competition calendar, a race has already been held in Šavnik, and for the weekend there is a competition on the Kotor-Trojica track.
By the end of the season, competitions will be held on mountain trails in Kolašin, Njeguši, Pljevlja, Podi and in Dubrovnik.
In the current season on mountain tracks, the only race that will be run for the championship of the Central European zone in Montenegro is the one in Pljevlja on August 17 and 18.
