Topolica, the plateau in front of it and Bar are all about tennis today - the second tournament of the Adriatic League (ATL) has started.

As announced by the Taekbol Federation of Montenegro, the group phase of the tournament will be held indoors, in the sports center, while the knockout phase matches will start at 19:XNUMX p.m. on the "Topolice" plateau.

They emphasize that the entrance to the stand and the area around the field on the plateau is free.

"In addition to the best Montenegrin teams and players, as well as representatives of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and North Macedonia, one of the world's best pairs and two fantastic singles players, members of the Novi Sad team TEQ Liman, Nikola Mitro and Bogdan Marojević, are also coming," they say. The defenders of the title won at the premiere of ATL In Ohrid, on our coast, they will have a big challenge against players from Poland, Konrad Nowicki and Stefan Orlovski.

All this, as they say, is confirmed by the setting of two "TEQ tables" on the Kralja Nikola promenade two years ago.

"The excellent cooperation with the Taekbol Association continues this year as well. I am glad that the organizers of the biggest tournament in Montenegro this year, which gathers the best players from the five countries of the region, as well as from Poland, chose Bar. This event will significantly expand the sports offer of the city, and we, as the Secretariat for Sports and Youth, will continue to promote healthy lifestyles for all age categories," said Goran Simić, secretary of the Secretariat for Sports and Youth of the Municipality of Bar.

Danilo Orlandić, director of the Bar Tourist Organization, says that after the excellent tournament last year, they are happy to support the organization of the regional tableball tournament this year as well.

"We are particularly pleased that the project also provides for the promotion of the city as a tourist destination, and through short films from the project that will be published on the social networks of the International Taekball Federation, we have the opportunity to reach a large number of people from all parts of the world. We also emphasize the importance of the organization such and similar manifestations, which due to their international character, also involve the presence of a significant number of foreign participants, which ultimately implies concrete benefits for the city and the country," said Orlandić.

From TSCG they add that the innovations in the promotion of urban sports met with great reactions throughout Montenegro during the tournament of the Montenegrin Taekball League, so competitions will be organized in the "Elite Skills Arena" and "Subsoccer Fan Zone" in Bar, as well as in other cities.
