The sixth stop of the Montenegrin Teqball League will be Tivat, which will be the TEQ center of Montenegro on Saturday, August 10, the organizers announced.
They said that Tivat has a special place on the Montenegrin Teqball map, which is confirmed by last year's tournament, declared the best in 2023, and six TEQ tables set up on the territory of this municipality.
"We certainly have a great desire to justify our reputation and to do everything to make both guests and competitors feel comfortable. By the way, a lot has been done since the last tournament. Here, above all, I am referring to the formation of the Tivat Teqball club "Tivat Adriatic". Conditions for training are provided, as our results show. We are looking forward to new successes and this year's edition of the Tivat tournament", said the vice-president of the Municipality of Tivat, Andrija Petković.
At the new Tivat MTL tournament, which will be held in Pina, the best Montenegrin players will compete in the single and double categories for a prize fund of 1.000 euros.
"It will be another opportunity to promote the beauties of Montenegro and the tourist potential, which is boundless in the area of the Tivat municipality, throughout which Teqball will be played in attractive locations. Also, the audience will be able to participate in the action themselves - as in other tournaments throughout Montenegro, in addition to the Teqball competition, part of the program and offer will be the "Elite Skills Arena" and the "Subsoccer fan zone", where entertainment is guaranteed ", the announcement states.
After the competition by groups, the knockout stage will be opened by the quarter-final matches in both competitions, and the final part of the program will start at 20:XNUMX.
