The president of the Volleyball Federation of Montenegro, Nikola Kažić, and the director of the men's representative selections of the Serbian National Olympic Committee, Ivan Ječmenica, visited Pljevlja today and held a meeting with the president of the Municipal Assembly of Pljevlja, Jovana Tošić.
On that occasion, they discussed the topic of reviving men's volleyball in Pljevlja, and considering the fact that a large number of volleyball national team members are from Pljevlja, it is clear that restarting the men's volleyball club would allow young people from Pljevlja to become more actively involved in this sport, which would situation to actively express their talent from childhood.
Kažić emphasized that clubs were founded in a similar way in other cities in Montenegro, while Tošić, president of SO Pljevlja, pointed out that she supports any idea that promotes young people and would enable their more active participation in sports.
The meeting was attended by the assistants of the president of the SO, the secretary of the Secretariat for Sport and Youth, Milica Sekulić, and the director of the Center for Sports and Recreation, Borjan Džogaz.
