He knocked out Anthony Joshua in the fifth round at a record filled Wembley in front of 96.000 spectators.

Before the eyes of the Ukrainian Usyk, Tyson Fury, Terence Crawford, Conor McGregor, the 27-year-old Briton "demolished" seven years older and favored Joshua, and the knockout came after four knockdowns (the judge did not indicate one)!

The match also had a special "warm-up", as Liam Gallagher, a member of the renewed group Oazis, performed.

Everything started badly for Jošu from the start, he was under pressure from the attack of his compatriots from the start, but from the halfway point of the round he also slowed Dibu down a bit. It was an illusion, before the first knockdown at the end of the 1st round.

The seven-year-old Briton seemed not to have recovered during the break and from the start of the second round he was exposed to merciless blows, especially that short left hook from his rival, to which, apparently, he never had an answer.

He was knocked down at the end of the third round, twice in the fourth. In the fifth round, Jošua attacked brilliantly, but the answer was ready - he repelled the attack with a quick series and "mowed" through the open guard of his rival with a right hook.

"And now I want the absolute title, and those three belts that Usyk holds," Dubois said after the match, which for 2.000 spectators broke the previous record from the Tyson Fury - Dillian White fight.

And Dibua has already boxed with Usik, he lost by stoppage in the ninth round in 2023, but then the Ukrainian was also knocked down, although, according to the judges, the Briton's punch was below the belt.

Dibua then won two matches with ease and grabbed the vacant title, and Jošua, since his defeat with Usik in 2021, tied four triumphs, he was especially spectacular in the victory over Dontay Wilder and reached the title of mandatory contender.

However, the knockout also meant the end of a great career of the former champion.

Although Dubibua was an outsider, Joshua should have been more careful. The fact that he was knocked down nine years ago in sparring with a then 18-year-old young man called for caution. And then Diboa landed that short left hook.
