The fastest world championship is coming to an end, and next weekend the Formula 1 cars will compete in the city race in Las Vegas.
Nevada has a chance to promote a new-old champion, as Max Verstappen is close to an early title defense. The Dutchman in Red Bull needs to be ahead of McLaren driver Lando Norris for the title with three races to go.
But he doesn't have to, he will be the champion if: Noris finishes second, Ferstappen third with the fastest lap: Noris finishes third, Ferstapen fourth with the fastest lap; Norris finished fourth, Ferstappen fifth; Norris finished fifth, Ferstappen sixth; Norris finished sixth, Ferstappen seventh; Norris finished seventh, Ferstappen eighth; Norris finished eighth, Ferstappen ninth.
The Dutchman's title is guaranteed even if he does not win points, provided that Norris is placed ninth or even lower.
That's why the fight in the order of constructors is under even greater attention - McLaren is first with 36 points more than Ferrari, Red Bull has 49 points less than the British team.
This is because the Las Vegas street race configuration favors "Scuderia" and it is expected that Ferrari will be fully involved in the fight for the championship title.
But McLaren is not without chances on the track with long straights and sharp curves, while Red Bull is given less chance to triumph in the city of gambling, fun and sports.
