The Assembly of the Auto and Karting Federation of Montenegro was held in Podgorica, attended by delegates from all 15 member clubs of the federation.
The Assembly adopted amendments to the Statute in several points, concerning changes to the headquarters and seal of the Alliance, the number of delegates in the Assembly, as well as the names of people in the governing bodies of the Alliance.
However, at the very beginning, the delegate of AMSK AP sport from Pljevlja, Mithat Plakalo, disputed the deadline for scheduling the session, but the President of the Assembly, Slavko Abramović, responded that everything was done in accordance with the Statute of the Association and the Rules of Procedure.
After several discussions and heated debates, delegates from seven clubs: AMSK Kotor, AMSK Crmnica, AMSK AP Sport, AMSK Stojković, AMK Sutorman, AMSK Gorštak and AMSK Herceg Novi left the session.
The Assembly continued its work, after the Verification Commission noted that representatives of eight clubs were present, which fulfilled the conditions for work and decision-making.

A deadline of February 15th was set for interested clubs to apply for organizing car and karting races in order to create a competition calendar and harmonize it with races in the region and Europe. Changes in some classes were discussed and it was decided to authorize the Board of Directors to take action against the former management, according to the competent state authorities, for not submitting the Association's documentation, financial report and work report, email address, as well as spending funds from the Association's account after the election of the new management.
All decisions were made unanimously.
