The Sports and Sports Equipment Fair will be held from March 18th to 20th in Podgorica, at the M:tel Morača Hall, the organizers of the event announced.
Spokesperson Đorđije Kustudić said that the Fair is an opportunity to connect sports organizations, equipment manufacturers, athletes and sports fans.
"The fair provides a platform for the promotion of a healthy lifestyle and sports activities, as well as for the improvement of sports infrastructure," said Kustudić at a press conference.
Representative of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, Ana Milačić, said that the National Team Day and the Fair are not only an opportunity to come together, but also to send a strong message about the importance of sports and belonging to the national team.
"On National Team Day, we will recognize athletes who have made us proud countless times, but also send a message to young people that they can be part of the national team. The Ministry of Sports and Youth will continue to support athletes, clubs and sports federations, because we believe that athletes are the best ambassadors of Montenegro," said Milačić.
She emphasized that every young athlete deserves the opportunity to realize their dreams.
"See you at the National Team Day and the Sports and Sports Equipment Fair. Come, train, meet your sports idols and be part of the sports story," said Milačić.
She emphasized that events such as the Fair and the National Team Day contribute to the development of sports in Montenegro and send a clear message about the importance of sports for society and young people.
"We invite all sports fans, athletes, coaches and manufacturers of sports equipment to visit the fair and contribute to the development of sports in Montenegro," said Milačić.
The Sports and Sports Equipment Fair is organized by the International Podgorica Fair, with the support of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the Montenegrin Olympic Committee.
