The Montenegrin MTB cycling league will start on Saturday, April 19th in Valdanos Bay, near Ulcinj.
The "Valdanos Olive Trophy", organized by the Buna cycling club from Ulcinj and the Cycling Federation of Montenegro, will count towards the Montenegrin MTB League, and is the first of five on the calendar this season.
Interest in the race is greater than expected, with cyclists from the region, as well as recreational cyclists outside the official competition, participating.
The course is circular, 6,2 kilometers long. The start for the younger categories is at 11 am, and the main race begins at 12 pm.
In addition to registered competitors, recreational cyclists, foreign citizens and unregistered competitors, regularly registered with the race organizer, can also participate in the competition without the right to score points for the general league ranking, provided that for minor participants, written consent from a parent or guardian is required, as notified by the Cycling Federation of Montenegro.
