Dutch cyclist Kasper van Uden is the winner of the fourth stage of the Giro d'Italia, which was cycled today from Alberobello to Lecce.
He covered the 189-kilometer straight section in four hours, two minutes and 21 seconds.
A successful day for the Dutch cyclists was completed by Olav Koij and Maikel Zijlard. Koij took second place in the sprint finish, and Zijlard was third.
Leading the overall standings is Dane Mads Pedersen with a nine-second lead over second-placed Primož Roglič from Slovenia.
The next stage, 151 kilometers long, will be driven tomorrow from Celje Messapica to Matera.
