The Montenegrin men's rugby national team, with three wins and three losses, won fifth place at the European Conference 2 Championship, in the Olympic version of rugby 7's, which was held in Pristina.
Montenegro beat Bosnia and Herzegovina 33:26, Kosovo 35:17 and Slovenia 19:17, while losing to Slovakia 5:19, Estonia 7:27 and San Marino 7:12.
The championship was won by Slovenia, which will participate in the higher level of the competition, Conference 1, next year. Slovenia's only defeat in this championship was against Montenegro.
The national team consisted of Ilija Miranović, Ivan Čolaković, Boris Mijušković, Novica Raonić, Srđan Popović, captain Dušan Vučićević, Noah Shaw, Martin Mijušković, Ilija Glogovac, Vladan Čelebić, Mako Kosović, Luka Lučić and Stefan Božović. The national team's coach is Alex Liddell.
