Ducati rider Marc Marquez won the sprint race in Assen, held as part of the Moto GP championship for the Dutch Grand Prix.
Marquez celebrated with a time of 20:02,351 minutes and achieved his ninth sprint triumph this season.
Second place was taken by his younger brother Alex Marquez of Gresini, 0,351 seconds behind.
Aprilia rider Marko Beceki was third, 1,247 seconds behind. VR46 rider Fabio di Gianantonio and Ducati's Francesco Bagnaja followed... Yamaha rider Fabio Quartararo, who had secured pole position earlier today, fell off his bike with four laps to go and did not finish the sprint.
Marc Marquez has increased his lead in the overall standings and now has 282 points, ahead of Alex Marquez with 239 and Banjaja (165).
The Dutch Grand Prix race takes place on Sunday at 14 p.m.
