Mark Marques is in a form he hasn't been in for five full years - that's how long it took the best motorcyclist today to repeat the success of three Moto GP victories in a row.
The brilliant Spaniard celebrated in the Dutch Grand Prix on a Ducati, with a fantastic ride in which Marko Beceki on an Aprilia was constantly breathing down his neck from the 10th lap.
However, Marquez made no mistake, despite warnings not to "step" on the track lines. In the penultimate lap, he demonstrated a perfect ride and "killed" the persistent Beceki's hopes of a triumph.
Third on the Ducati was Marko's teammate Francesco Banjaja. He had won the previous two Dutch Grand Prix races, but Marko overtook him on the sixth lap and just ten seconds later Alex Marquez went off the track on the Gresini Ducati.
Not without consequences after his rear wheel came into contact with Pedro Acosta's motorcycle, because unfortunately, Marko's younger brother Aleks suffered a broken left arm.
