Ducati rider Marc Marquez won the German Grand Prix MotoGP championship race today and extended his lead in the overall standings.
In the 200th race of his career, Marquez led from the first to the last lap and won in 40:42,854 minutes, his ninth victory at the Sachsenring.
It was his 95th career victory, and his 69th in the "royal" class. Only the famous Valentino Rossi has more in Moto GP - 89.
The Spanish driver has seven victories this season, four of which are consecutive, and on Saturday he also won the sprint.
His younger brother Alex Marquez took second place today, 6,380 seconds behind.
Third place was taken by Francesco Bagnaja of Ducati, 7,080 seconds behind.
Yamaha rider Fabio Quartararo took fourth place, with Gresini's Fermin Aldeger in fifth.
Marc Marquez is first with 344 points, ahead of Alex Marquez who has 261 and Banjaja with 197 points.
The championship continues next weekend, with the Czech Grand Prix taking place on Sunday at 14pm in Brno.
