The whole world was hoping for another historic feat by Lindsey Vonn, but the queen of the "royal discipline" did not last in the Olympic downhill at the Tofane Sports Center.
Vonn "betrayed" an injured knee during the ride and is currently on a break on the track.
The entire center fell silent, and the painful screams of the 41-year-old skiing icon, who performed with a ruptured knee ligament, were heard.
