The Slovenian ski jumping team defended its gold medal in the mixed team competition at the Winter Olympic Games in Milan and Cortina tonight in Predac.
The Slovenian team, represented by Nika Vodan, Nika Prevc, Anže Lanišek and Domen Prevc, won gold with a total of 1069,2 points.
From this year's Slovenian squad, only Nika Vodan was part of the team that also won a gold medal at the last Winter Olympics in Beijing.
Silver at this year's ski jumping competition was won by the Norwegian national team with 1038,3 points, while bronze went to the Japanese team with 1034 points.
Slovenia won its first gold at this year's Winter Olympics.
