Montenegrin athletics will be represented by six athletes at the Balkan Indoor Senior Championships, the Athletics Federation announced.
The championship will be held on Saturday in Belgrade.
Coach Osman Erović has identified athletes who have achieved significant results in indoor sports this season.
The list includes Marija Vuković (Lovćen, high jump - SB 194), Iva Đoković (Nikšić, 60 m hurdles - SB 8,73 and 60 m SB 7,81), Tomaš Đurović (Rasti zdravo, shot put - SB 18,22), Mihailo Roćenović (Mornar, 400 m - SB 49,23), Matija Vojvodić (Mornar, 60 m hurdles - SB 8,30) and Ognjen Marsinić (Rudar, 60 m - SB 7,04).
The team leader will be Dragoje Rajković.
The main asset of the Montenegrin team is Marija Vuković, who won first place at the indoor championship last year with a jump of 180 centimeters.
She confirmed her good form on February 11th in Belgrade, where she won second place with a jump of 194 centimeters.
The championship in Belgrade will bring together more than 250 athletes from 21 countries, members of the Balkan Athletics Federation.
