This year's season brings a total of six tournaments at different locations across the country - Danilovgrad, Herceg Novi (Portonovi LiteQuest), Plav, Tuzi, Žabljak and Mojkovac, and the organizers announce another year filled with quality matches, attractive locations and a large number of domestic, but also regional and international teams expected during the season.
First on the schedule is Danilovgrad, where the first tournament of the season within the official FIBA 3x3 competition system will be held over two days.
This year's tournament is of particular importance for the Municipality of Danilovgrad itself, which provided full support for the organization of the event and recognized the importance of developing 3x3 basketball as a modern urban sport that brings together a large number of young people.
Thanks to the initiative and support of the Municipality of Danilovgrad, 3x3 basketball is returning to Spuž after seven years, where fans of this sport will once again have the opportunity to enjoy top-notch matches and the atmosphere for which the 3x3 Montenegro tournaments are recognized throughout the region.
The tournament will be organized according to the standard FIBA 3x3 format.
The first day will feature qualifications from which the two best teams will advance to the main tournament, while a total of 12 teams will compete on the second day:
• Top 10 teams according to FIBA ranking • 2 teams from the qualifiers
The total prize pool of the tournament is 2.000 euros:
🥇 1st place – €1.500 🥈 2nd place – €500
In addition to the sports part of the program, visitors can expect a recognizable atmosphere for which tournaments organized by 3x3 Montenegro have become famous in previous years - music, entertainment and cultural content, activations for the audience and a full-day outdoor program.
Over the past years, the 3x3 Montenegro Tour has hosted numerous teams from Montenegro, the region, and Europe, and the organizers expect that the 2K26 season will continue the trend of increasing competition quality and interest among teams.
Special focus this year will be placed on the development of younger categories through the "3x3 Montenegro Kids Tour" project, a children's summer league that will include four qualifying tournaments and the final TOP 8 tournament of the best teams of the season.

We are especially pleased that this year, in addition to senior tournaments, we are also launching the 3x3 Montenegro Kids Tour, through which we want to further involve children and young people in this Olympic sport."
