Marquez celebrates in Germany

Ducati rider Marc Marquez won the MotoGP German Grand Prix today.

Marquez triumphed at the Sachsenring with a time of 40:53,148 minutes.

Second and third place were taken by the Trekhaus team drivers. Ai Ogura was second, 1,996 seconds behind, and Raul Fernandes was third, 5,104 seconds behind.

Pedro Acosta of the Red Bull KTM Factor team was fourth, Aprilia rider Jorge Martin was fifth, and Ducati's Francesco Bagnaja was sixth.

Seventh place was taken by Yamaha rider Fabio Quartararo, eighth by Luca Marini from the Honda HRC Castrol team, and ninth by Red Bull KTM Tech3 rider Enea Bastianini.

Tenth was the other Red Bull KTM Factors rider, Brad Binder.

In the overall driver standings, Martin is first with 208 points, 14 more than second-placed Ogura and 18 more than third-placed Marc Marquez.

Aprilia is still first in the teams and constructors' standings.
