The flag of the Intermunicipal Youth Sports Games (MOSI) has arrived in Bijelo Polje, which, after 38 years, will host the next event, in 2027.
Bijelo Polje solemnly welcomed its athletes who achieved a historic result at the recently concluded Inter-Municipal Youth Sports Games (MOSI) in Bajina Bašta, winning a total of 24 medals and a trophy for third place in the overall standings.
In addition to its great competitive success, Bijelo Polje officially took over the MOSI flag and the hosting of the next event in 2027 at the closing of the games.
The MOSI flag, as announced by the Municipality, was carried by prominent Bijelo Polje athletes, including veterans who brought the same flag to the stadium back in 1989, when this city hosted the games for the first time. The municipal delegation extended sincere congratulations to all athletes, coaches and team members for their exceptional success, fighting spirit and worthy promotion of Bijelo Polje on the regional sports scene. As of today, the city is already turning to the organization and preparations for the reception of thousands of athletes from Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina next summer," the Municipality of BIJELO POLJE announced.
