As Lobbet's integration into the FEG Group progresses and the business enters a new phase of development, Dejan Aleksov will step down from the position of General Manager for Montenegro, effective 09.07.2026.
Over the past six months, Dejan has played a significant role in supporting the post-merger integration process and helping to establish a solid foundation for future business and market development.
In order to ensure continuity and maintain operational stability during this transitional period, Uros Bibic, Group CFO and member of the LOB Board of Directors since FEG acquired a majority stake in the company, will assume the position of Acting CEO for Montenegro until a permanent successor is appointed.
